How to find your publish to web URL

When i share my dashboard ,PowerBi will give me the URL(use iframe).

But I want when i use this dashboard can authorization user information, like login in my web then use cookie to authorization user or  PowerBi share the dashboard can use different url everytime when it be call.

I want to build the dashboard with compute but that compute not use Micorsoft AD service.

So i can't use authorization by Microsoft AD service.

By the way, I come from Taiwan and i still the university students.
