 The only monitoring can be done in the Power BI Service under Settings - Admin Portal. In order to see this, you need to be an O365 admin or tenant admin. I believe if you are embedding from the Service this should work, but if you are using Power BI Embedded for external facing customers, I'm not aware of how you could see this as that only utilizes the Power BI Desktop...
