How to create matrix or table like a scorecard

I want to create a matrix with the same.. level columns 'no grouping'.. how can I do that..

I already did something like I want



since gender is the first group, nationality is the second and locality is the third ..

but this is about 3 matrics joined manually togather..



any adeas how to do it.. its like a scorecard
